In 2000 the Construction Equipment sales department has been created and offered all kinds of attachment for the loaders and excavators like buckets, teeth, breakers, demolition equipments, augers etc… Late 2003, AMAGO has been appointed by HEAVY HUYNDAI INDUSTRY EUROPE as the exclusive dealer in Poland for the sales of Construction Equipment. The first HYUNDAI machine has been supplied in March 2004, the second one six months later. The construction machine market was different from drilling and foundation machines market. AMAGO had to adopt a new method of sale and completely change the old mentality to be able to compete with the strong competition. Today, HYUNDAI Construction Machines is the core business of AMAGO Company. Since 2005 AMAGO sold over 100 machines, taking more and more market share. AMAGO employs 50 people today, has a very strong service organization and network that covers the entire Polish territory with branch offices in Warsaw, Poznan, Gdansk and Krakow. The new headquarters of the company is currently being constructed. The main sales policy of AMAGO Company is focused on two directions : - the close and friendly cooperation inside the company between different services, - the close and friendly co-operation with the customers. To attend the first objective AMAGO organizes different incentives for its em-ployees like a football match between sales and service staff (Krakow 22.06.07), a sailing regatta between sales and service staff (Croatia 1-8.09.07), monthly sales meetings with the participation of all AMAGO team members, etc… To attend the second objective AMAGO organizes for its customers other incentives like HYUNDAI CROSS (picnic for machine’s operators with their families (22.05.07), trip to the BAUMA exhibition (bus of 35 customers), domestic fair Galleria fotografica
